Rooms are for one guest; there is also a double room. You book between 4 and 8 hours, only the time you need, and you check yourself in at the self check-in screens. This location has no showers and no luggage storage, so plan your time at El Dorado accordingly.

How to book a room at Bogotá El Dorado
Is this a lounge?
No. Wait N' Rest is a set of private rooms inside the International Pier: each one has a door that locks with your own code, a bed, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so you can rest on your own instead of in a shared lounge. You book by the hour and no membership is needed.
Do you accept Priority Pass or Lounge Key?
Yes. There is a benefit for Priority Pass and Lounge Key members, handled at the front desk and valid from 8:00 to 21:00. The hours it covers and its conditions are confirmed there.
Is there a shower?
No. This location has no showers and no access to showers. If a shower is part of your plan, take that into account when choosing where to wait at El Dorado.
How long can I stay?
You book by the hour, with a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours per reservation. If you need longer, register again at the self check-in screens outside the rooms, subject to availability.
Who can use it?
The rooms are in the International Pier, past security and immigration. You need an international flight, departing or connecting: a domestic connection cannot reach us. The minimum age is 18.
Can I book on arrival?
Yes, subject to availability: you register yourself at the self check-in screens outside the rooms, with your card and your email, and choose the code for your room. The 4-hour minimum still applies. Booking online requires 24 hours' notice; with less time than that, message us on WhatsApp at +57 304 320 7917.
